Welcome, I’m Emma!

I help sensitive, heart centred women who’ve struggled in love to heal the relationship with themselves and build self esteem, so they can create secure, healthy relationships.

A little about me…

I hold deep reverence for the living world, and I am passionate about the health and well-being of our intimate relationships, communities, and, equally as important, our relationship with nature.

One reason I began my coaching journey was my own personal struggle in relationships and my ‘career’. (I’m not afraid to admit that I am still a work in progress)!

I couldn’t understand why my relationships quite often left me feeling resentful, frustrated, and anxious, or why I was so unhappy at work. As someone who has struggled with an anxious attachment style, my sense of worth and well-being was seemingly tethered to the status of my relationship (or the lack of one). Who was I outside of a relationship or the quest to secure one?

Through understanding my attachment patterns I learned how to regulate my emotions (and my nervous system), build self trust and stop abandoning myself in relationships.

My biggest healing was learning how to build a relationship with myself. The getting to know, understand, and accept who I was at my core, which involved cultivating a deep sense of self-awareness and self compassion.

Building a relationship with yourself is a lifelong journey that can lead to a more fulfilling and authentic life. Through healing our own heart wounds we can open ourselves to more loving and meaningful connections with others.

Beyond my coaching practice, I find great joy in spending as much time outdoors as possible, whether it be wild swimming, walking, or simply hanging out in a favourite sit spot. Recently, I have discovered a new found passion for drawing wildlife, hoping to contribute to the protection of the animals (and their habitat) that come alive through my art.

I geek out on anything to do with relationships, expanding human consciousness and deepening my own understanding of what it means to be alive. I consider myself forever a student.

In service to the health of your relationships!

Emma
